Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, contact us at support@orkiro.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a wrong or defective item).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-refundable

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@orkiro.com.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
